Exciting things are happening at Harli as our community continues to grow! We’re thrilled to share that we’ve now passed the 50% sold milestone, marking a significant step toward bringing the Harli vision to life.
What’s New?
Over the past year, we successfully completed the civil and landscape construction of Stages 1 and 2, delivering 97 lots to the Cranbourne West market. With more than 20 energy-efficient, 7-star, zero carbon, all-electric homes currently under construction by our builder partners, we look forward to welcoming new residents to Harli in the coming months.
What’s Next?
With strong sales momentum and improving economic conditions, we’re excited to announce that Stage 3 civil construction is set to begin this March, with titles expected by late 2025. This stage is centrally positioned off Lindwall Drive, offering convenient access to Barton Primary School and Clarinda Village Shopping Centre—perfect for families and future residents.
Additionally, the 2-hectare Harli Wetland Reserve and Waterway have now completed civil construction. Landscaping is underway, and we can’t wait to open the reserve to the public in mid-2025. This new green space will provide a beautiful natural retreat for residents to relax and connect with nature.
