Despite the inclement conditions, the construction of 47 lots in Stage 1 is well underway with earthworks and sewer drainage all completed.
Road boxing and stabilisation are at 90% complete and water reticulation, road crossings and road construction layers are all underway.
Construction is forecast to be completed in January 2024, with title & settlements commencing March 2024. Stage 2 construction will commence in November 2023.

We’re pleased to share our second Harli Construction Update for 2024. After the successful completion and registration of Stage 1A’s 47 lots in March, the Sandridge Roads team have been making great progress on delivery of Stage 2’s 50 lots. With continuing favourable weather conditions, we expect completion of asphalt and line marking in early July and practical completion by mid-July.

The Harli team are proud to announce that Harli has been certified as an EnviroDevelopment by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA). Harli has achieved maximum certification across the six categories of Ecosystems, Waste, Energy, Materials, Water and Community. The standards required for EnviroDevelopment certification are scientifically based and have been set by a panel of government, industry and environmental experts under the stewardship of the UDIA.
