We’re pleased to share our second Harli Construction Update for 2024.
After the successful completion and registration of Stage 1A’s 47 lots in March, the Sandridge Roads team have been making great progress on delivery of Stage 2’s 50 lots. With continuing favourable weather conditions, we expect completion of asphalt and line marking in early July and practical completion by mid-July.
Also progressing to program is the construction of the 2ha wetland reserve adjacent Stage 1 at Harli. Bulk earthworks and drainage are now complete with footpaths, structures and topsoiling to be completed by mid-August. Landscaping of the wetland reserve is expected to commence in late Spring 2024 with over 20,000 plants, grasses and trees to be planted.
