Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Harli Spring Fun Day last Saturday afternoon. We were thrilled to meet many new faces and to connect with our Stage 1 and 2 future Harli residents. It was great to have the City of Casey – Strengthening Communities & Environmental Education officers along and the fantastic team from Amiga-Montessori, Cranbourne West.

To help us welcome our Stage 1 & 2 Harli Purchasers we’re hosting an afternoon of Spring Fun at the Harli Discovery Centre for all to enjoy. At Harli we believe in Strengthening Community Connections for our future residents, so we’ve made this event FREE for the wider community to attend.

We are so thrilled to congratulate our first Harli Stage 1 landowners who already have their homes under construction. Arden, Acute & Ekonkaar homes have commenced earthworks, some slabs have been poured and the first frame popped up last week!   In addition to homes coming out of the ground, the civil construction of the Harli wetland reserve is nearing completion.

We’re pleased to share our second Harli Construction Update for 2024. After the successful completion and registration of Stage 1A’s 47 lots in March, the Sandridge Roads team have been making great progress on delivery of Stage 2’s 50 lots. With continuing favourable weather conditions, we expect completion of asphalt and line marking in early July and practical completion by mid-July.

It was an honour to announce the Phoenix Basketball Club’s – Player Sponsorship with the Club’s President Tressa, last Friday night at the Phoenix’s end-of-season presentation night. With the support from the Harli Community Grant 2023, Phoenix Basketball Club with be offering 5 Player Scholarships for the winter 2024 season. These scholarships are not just about recognising talent on the court but also acknowledging the commitment, dedication, and character of their players.
