First Homes Underway at Harli
We are so thrilled to congratulate our first Harli Stage 1 landowners who already have their homes under construction. Arden, Acute & Ekonkaar homes have commenced earthworks, some slabs have been poured and the first frame popped up last week! In addition to homes coming out of the ground, the civil construction of the Harli wetland reserve is nearing completion.

Harli Construction Update June 2024
We’re pleased to share our second Harli Construction Update for 2024. After the successful completion and registration of Stage 1A’s 47 lots in March, the Sandridge Roads team have been making great progress on delivery of Stage 2’s 50 lots. With continuing favourable weather conditions, we expect completion of asphalt and line marking in early July and practical completion by mid-July.

Harli Community Grants Update March 2024
It was an honour to announce the Phoenix Basketball Club’s – Player Sponsorship with the Club’s President Tressa, last Friday night at the Phoenix’s end-of-season presentation night. With the support from the Harli Community Grant 2023, Phoenix Basketball Club with be offering 5 Player Scholarships for the winter 2024 season. Harli Construction Update January 2024
We’re excited to share the first Harli Construction Update for 2024. It’s great to see continued progress at Harli with Stage 1 reaching Practical Completion and our first residents expected to settle in March this year. Also visible in the construction video, you can see that Stage 2 bulk earthworks are complete with the stage on schedule to see titles and settlements for our future Stage 2 Harli residents in the middle of this year.

The Harli team are proud to announce that Harli has been certified as an EnviroDevelopment by the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA). Harli has achieved maximum certification across the six categories of Ecosystems, Waste, Energy, Materials, Water and Community. The standards required for EnviroDevelopment certification are scientifically based and have been set by a panel of government, industry and environmental experts under the stewardship of the UDIA.
