Civil works commenced on stage 1 at Harli during May with Sandridge Roads appointed to deliver the first stage of our new community. Sandridge Roads has over 60 years of experience working across Melbourne’s South East suburbs.
Early excavation works are nearing completion ahead of sewer and drainage commencing later in June.
We are anticipating construction to be complete in late 2023 and titles on stage 1 in early 2024 with construction of the first homes at Harli to commence in the months following.
